Refund policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by Meechie De’Franco Beauty’s policies, including the Exchange, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution/Chargeback policies outlined below.


EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY

Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date or the first delivery attempt.

Customers must follow the provided  care instructions before requesting an exchange to ensure the true texture and quality of the hair is experienced prior to returning it.

Exchanges will not be honored for customers who fail to follow the care instructions.

All tags must remain attached, and items must be in their original, resalable condition.

Products must not be used, worn, or altered in any way to qualify for store credit.

Final sale, custom items and discontinued items are not eligible for refunds, exchange or store credit.

•Custom wigs/hair orders or custom services can not be canceled once the item has been purchased from the vendor, or the service has started.

Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier will be issued store credit.

Note: All shipping costs for delivery and returns are paid directly to the UPS/USPS carrier and will be deducted from store credit total.


REFUNDS

Online orders canceled by the customer prior to ordering from vendor, processing/shipping are eligible for a full refund.
•Incorrect items were shipped.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHARGEBACK

•Customers agree to contact Meechie De’Franco Beauty directly via phone (440.995.5000) to notify us and allow the opportunity to resolve any product-related issues prior to initiating disputes or chargebacks. This process ensures that products can be returned to us for proper evaluation and helps prevent losses due to false claims or fraudulent activity.

•Customers agree that by making a purchase from Meechie De’Franco Beauty, they are responsible for understanding our policies. Any chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting our customer service team to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide proof of delivery, communication, and policy acknowledgment.

•Any fraudulent claims, including false chargebacks, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in fraudulent activity.

Customers are required to follow the care instructions and provide photo or video evidence when claiming an issue with a product.
