EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT
- Exchange or store credit available 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging with tags/wraps attached.
- Final sale and discontinued items are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Altered, used or worn hair/wigs are final sale.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges/store credit
REFUNDS
- Online purchases canceled by the customer prior to shipping.
- Unclaimed packages returned to the boutique by the carrier.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING
- Next day and 2-day shipping options available.
- UPS and USPS are our available carriers. UPS is highly recommended.
- Orders placed by 12 pm EST are shipped same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm are shipped next business day.
- Shipments occur Tuesday through Saturday.
- No orders are shipped on closed days (Sundays, Mondays, or holidays).
- Tracking information provided via email or text upon order processing.
- Most packages require a signature upon delivery. Be sure to follow tracking details.
- In case of missed delivery, contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery or pick-up.
- Insurance recommended for high-value purchases.
- Posh Collection is not responsible for address errors, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, weather-related issues, shipping delays, or carrier-related backups.
- Unclaimed packages are returned to Posh Collection.
-Shipping is selected by the customer at check-out, in which rates and transit days are calculated directly from the carrier.

- Test all hair items before installation (e.g., test one tape-in for adhesive strength, test a section of bundles or wigs with heat for quality).
- Consult with your stylist for advice on hair textures, quantities, and products.
- Comb through the hair to check for shedding or tangling before installation to ensure satisfaction with the quality.
