You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by Meechie De’Franco Beauty’s Terms of Service, including the Shipping, Exchange, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution/Chargeback policies outlined below.

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY

Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date or the first delivery attempt.

Customers must follow the provided shampoo care instructions before requesting an exchange to ensure the true texture and quality of the hair is experienced prior to returning it.

Exchanges will not be honored for customers who fail to follow the shampoo instructions.

All tags must remain attached, and items must be in their original, resalable condition.

Products must not be used, worn, or altered in any way to qualify for store credit.

Final sale and discontinued items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Final sale items cannot be exchanged.

Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier will be issued store credit.

Note: All shipping costs for delivery and returns are paid directly to the UPS/USPS carrier and will be deducted from store credit total.


REFUNDS

Online orders canceled by the customer prior to processing/shipping are eligible for a full refund.                                                             •Incorrect items were shipped.

If you meet the criteria above, please contact our customer service team at 440-995-5000 during business hours, Tuesday-Saturday | 10 AM-2 PM, to request a return label.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHARGEBACK

•Customers agree to contact Meechie De’Franco Beauty directly via phone (440.995.5000) to notify us and allow the opportunity to resolve any product-related issues prior to initiating disputes or chargebacks. This process ensures that products can be returned to us for proper evaluation and helps prevent losses due to false claims or fraudulent activity.

•Customers agree that by making a purchase from Meechie De’Franco Beauty, they are responsible for understanding our policies. Any chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting our customer service team to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide proof of delivery, communication, and policy acknowledgment.

•Any fraudulent claims, including false chargebacks, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in fraudulent activity.

Customers are required to follow the care instructions and provide photo or video evidence when claiming an issue with a product.


SHIPPING POLICY

•Next-day and 2-day shipping options are available.

•Next-day shipping is offered on business days, Tuesday through Friday. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 12 PM EST to ship the same day.

•Please note that most carriers do not deliver on Saturdays. Next-day orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until Monday.
•Next-day orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.

•Carrier Options: UPS and USPS are available shipping carriers. (Selecting UPS is highly recommended.)

Order Processing:

•Orders placed by 12 PM EST will be shipped the same business day.

•Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Schedule:

•Shipments occur Tuesday through Saturday.

•No orders are shipped on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.

•Tracking Information: Provided via email or text once your order is processed.

Delivery Details:

•Most packages require a signature upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking details for expected delivery times and dates.

•If you miss a delivery, contact the carrier directly to reschedule or arrange a pickup.

Insurance is recommended for high-value purchases.

 Important Shipping Information:

•Meechie De’Franco Beauty is not responsible for address errors, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, weather-related issues, shipping delays, or carrier-related disruptions.

•Unclaimed packages returned to the boutique by the carrier will receive a store credit.

Shipping rates and transit times are calculated directly by the carrier at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
