I tried to return my order when I got it but I keep getting the run around by email and they never pick up the phone. I wanted to refund it but i got an email saying in store credit. I asked about get my full refund and I haven’t got any response they package is still how it was when it shipped but it’s been 7 days so I know why they prolonged answering so I wouldn’t be able to receive my refund ! I purchased the tape Ins for my daughter. I received them in a timely manner. My daughter got them installed a few days ago and she’s in love. The quality of this hair is outstanding. The hair took heat very well. It’s thick and full of body. My daughter got the 16 inches and it blends well with her natural hair. The stylist did use all sixty pieces of the tape-Ins.
